Each piece is packed with care, wrapped in bubble wrap, packed in foam peanuts and double boxed if necessary. If you have been overcharged for shipping, a refund of the difference will be issued to you through PayPal.
Unfortunately, sometimes bad things happen in transit. Should your piece arrive broken, email me an image of the damage and you will be sent a replacement at no extra charge.
Exchange or credit only on all returns. Returns can be made within 5 days or receiving your order. Please pack them in their original packages and return for store credit or to exchange for another piece. Sorry, no refunds on shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping expenses.
